Terms of Service.

Effective October 21, 2026. These terms cover booking and paying for appointments with Corner Cuts.

1. Who provides the service

Corner Cuts is a one-chair barbershop at 9910 Alt A1A #707, Suite #8, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410, operated by [legal business name coming soon] (“Corner Cuts,” “we,” “us”). Services are performed by Jeffrey Lewis. The website is cornercuts.si.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By booking an appointment on our website or in the Corner Cuts app, you agree to these Terms, our Cancellation & Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you book for a child, you agree on their behalf.

3. Booking and confirmation

  • To book, you choose a service and time and give your name, mobile number and email. Please give accurate details so we can reach you about your appointment.
  • Your appointment is booked once you finish the booking steps and we send your confirmation by email (and by text, if you opted in to texts). The confirmation shows the date, time, service and the time your free cancellation ends.
  • All appointment times are Eastern Time. Appointments before 7 AM can be booked until 8 PM the evening before.
  • If we have to move or cancel your appointment, for example because the shop has to close, we’ll contact you as soon as we can.

4. Prices

Prices are in US dollars and listed on our services page. A + after a price means it’s a starting price: Jeff confirms the final price at the chair before he starts, and it can go up after the consultation if you add anything. Services listed as “Price varies” are priced during your consultation.

5. Card on file

To hold an appointment, you save a payment card (or Apple Pay or Google Pay) with our payment processor, Stripe. By saving a card, you authorize Corner Cuts to charge it for:

  1. the services and any add-ons you receive,
  2. the tip you choose at checkout,
  3. a new-client deposit, when one applies (see section 6), and
  4. late-cancellation and no-show fees under the Cancellation & Refund Policy, after we’ve sent you a notice about the fee.

When you book, we keep a record of the policy text you agreed to and when you agreed. Every charge (your visit and tip, a deposit, or a late-cancel or no-show fee) shows on your card statement as CORNERCUTS PBG.

6. Deposits

First-time clients pay a deposit when booking Haircut, beard & hot towel ($75), Ultimate men’s grooming package ($160) or Before / after hours ($200). The deposit is charged at booking and applied to the price of the service. It’s refunded in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment; if you cancel later or don’t show up, it’s applied to the fee.

7. Cancellations and no-shows

You can cancel or reschedule free until 24 hours before your appointment. After that, late cancellations are charged 100% of the service price, and no-shows are charged 100%. You’ll get a notice before a fee is charged, and Jeff may waive a fee at his discretion. The full details are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Payments by Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card details go straight to Stripe; Corner Cuts never sees or stores your full card number. We keep only what we need to run your account, such as the card brand and last four digits. Stripe’s handling of your information is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy. If a charge to your saved card fails, we may send you a link to pay.

9. Kids and minors

Kids 12 and under have their own services. A parent or legal guardian books and manages appointments for kids 12 and under, and is responsible for those bookings and any charges under these Terms.

10. Texts and emails

We email your booking confirmation, reminders and receipts. If you tick the optional box when booking, we also send appointment texts under our SMS Terms. Texts are not required to book. Message frequency varies (about 3–5 per booking), and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help.

11. Photos

Jeff only takes or shares photos of your cut, or your child’s, with your permission.

12. Limitation of liability

We take care with every service. To the extent Florida law allows, Corner Cuts is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility for any claim about a service or booking is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that can’t be limited by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Appointments you book after a change are covered by the updated Terms.
