- Free if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours, late cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the service price. Full policy
- Deposits
- New clients pay a deposit at booking for three services: Haircut, beard & hot towel ($75), Ultimate men’s grooming package ($160) and Before / after hours ($200).
- Outside normal hours
- If the schedule’s full, ask Jeff about a before/after-hours appointment. He sets those up directly.
